Insurance & Financial Information

We are committed to providing exceptional dental care while helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits as much as possible.

Our office is an out-of-network provider with all dental insurance companies. As a courtesy, we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf and assist in estimating your benefits prior to treatment whenever possible. Our team is experienced in navigating insurance claims and will do everything we can to assist you in receiving the highest reimbursement available under your plan.

Please understand that most patients can still utilize their insurance in an out of network office. We have always been out of network with all insurance companies and most of our patients utilize their insurance with the same or similar maximum benefits they would receive in an in-network office.

Because insurance policies vary greatly, estimated patient portions are due at the time services are rendered, and any remaining balance after insurance processing is ultimately the patient’s responsibility.

Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. While we will do everything we can to help you receive the maximum benefit available under your plan, we cannot guarantee payment or coverage. Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, and you are ultimately responsible for any portion of treatment not covered by insurance.

If you want more information, please call and have your insurance information available, and ask our staff about your coverage in our office. We will do our best to help in any way we can so that you may utilize your policy in our office.

Important Insurance Information

  • We gladly file claims for most dental insurance plans.
  • We accept assignment of benefits whenever permitted by your insurance carrier.
  • If your insurance company does not pay your claim, balances are the patient’s responsibility and payment is expected within 30 days of treatment.
  • Certain procedures involving outside dental laboratories may require partial payment in advance.

Delta Dental & Non-Assignable Plans

Because we are not contracted with any insurance network, certain plans — including many Delta Dental policies — do not allow assignment of benefits. In these cases, insurance payments are sent directly to the subscriber rather than to our office.

For patients with these plans, payment in full is required at the time of service. We will still file your claim as a courtesy, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your plan benefits.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We also have financing options available through Cherry and Care Credit. Our team would be happy to help you navigate these systems and find a financial solution to meet your needs to get the oral health care you need.

We believe clear communication is an important part of providing outstanding care and service. We are committed to being transparent about costs and helping you understand your financial options before treatment whenever possible. If you have questions about your coverage or payment responsibilities, our team is always happy to help!
