Financial Policy

Dental Insurance Information

We do not participate directly with any dental insurance networks. Delta Dental and certain other providers require that insurance payments be mailed directly to the subscriber (the patient). In this case, it is our policy to collect full payment for services rendered on the date that the service is performed.

You’re responsible for your entire account balance. If there is a delay in reimbursement for your claim, you’re expected to pay the balance in full within 30 days of treatment. If dealing with your insurance company becomes difficult, we’ll ask that you take whatever measures you think are necessary to collect on your claim. 

Cash, Check, Credit Cards

You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, and credit or debit card at the time of service. We are not in-network with any insurance providers, but will file your insurance claims as a courtesy. Please contact our office for more information.
